Subject: Notification on the approval for export Barite ores to Thailand at the Ban Vang Traditional Checkpoint, Muean District, Vientiane Province
- Pursuant to the Decree on the Organization and Operation of the Office of the Prime Minister No. 93/PM, dated 03 March 2017;
- Pursuant to the Vientiane Province’s Request Letter, No.19/POG.VTEP, dated 03 March 2021;
- According to the discussion between the National Operation for COVID-19 and relevant parties on 10 March 2021 at the Prime Minister’s Office;
- According to the decision and guidance of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, Head of the National Operation for COVID-19 on 18 March 2021.
The Prime Minister’s Office is honored to announce the Decision and Guidance of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, Head of the National Operation for COVID-19 as follows: the Bolikhamxay Gold Mining Company Limited is allowed to export Barite ores through the Traditional Checkpoint at Vang Village, Muean District, Vientiane Province then entry to Khokphay Village Checkpoint, Pakxom District, Leuy Province, Thailand. The Customs Authorities and relevant departments must strictly control the implementation in order to be transparent to the society and follow the measures in preventing and controlling the spread of COVID-19 in accordance with the National Operation for COVID-19’s measures.
