To: Enterprises Registration Authorities of Provincial/District Industry and Commerce Division
Subject: Exports of goods that do not require a business license
- Pursuant to the Decision on the Registration of Enterprises, No.0023/MOIC.ERMD, dated 09 January 2019;
- Pursuant to the Decision on Accreditation of Industrial and Commercial Activities that require the issuance of a business license, No. 0044/MOIC.ERMD, dated 18 January 2019.
In promoting and facilitating the export of our products, the Cabinet Office of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce informs the relevant authorities of the registered enterprise and implements the following:
- Export of goods is an activity promoted by the government and it is not necessary to apply for a business license by having the authority registered by the enterprise to specify such activity on the back of the enterprise registration, except for export activities that are prohibited by the state or products that have other legal implications;
- The identification of the export activity on the back of the enterprise registration must be clearly stated, do not mention in estimation, such as exporting rice, coffee, etc.
