In order to prevent plant productions of the Lao PDR to European Union, and to guarantee International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures of International Plant Protection Convention (ISPMs-IPPC) and phytosanitary importation restriction of the European Union. The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry issued Order to Increase Strictness on Administration and Inspection of Phytosanitary Certification for Plants and Plant Products to the European Union, No. 0419/MoAF, dated 13th March 2015.
In accordance with Notification of European Committee on Health and Consumer No. (2015) 709661, dated 9/02/2015 (Ref. Ares (2015) 709661 – 19/2/2015) and accordance to Report of Plantation Department No. 024/PD, dated 27/2/2015.
