The workshop was one of the distribution work of the Department of Import and Export for the uniformity implementation of regulations throughout the country. The purpose is to give instruction on certifying goods origin which received preferential of Lao PDR to the issuing authorities of Certificate of Origin, in order to ensure that the implementation of the mentioned work will be done correctly and smoothly,
The workshop had focused on technical instructions for each point in details, including samples and cases study. In addition, the training was organized to work in group to emphasize the understanding of the participants.
The training includes topics as followings:
1. Introduction to trade preferences grant to Lao PDR
2. Principles to inspect origin of goods under trade preferences system grants to Lao PDR
3. Composing documents requesting for CPE and CO
4. Recording company data on Certificate of Origin in uniformity form
5. Filling data in statistics form
