To facilitate entrepreneurs and to improve revision procedures and issue an approval letter of exemption to reduce tax for simplicity, convenience, accuracy and compliance with regulations, the Customs Department, Ministry of Finance has issued authorization to the Director of the Export and Import Management Division to sign on behalf of the Director of the Customs Department letters of exemption to reduce the tax for importing heavy duty vehicles and motorcycles. This action will be effective from 1st February 2013 onward until further notification in accordance with the announcement letter of the Customs Department, Ministry of Finance, No 03629/DoC, dated 18 January 2013
