Decision
in terminating service fees of cargo containers through the railway
- According to the Law on Tax, No. 81/NA, dated 29 June 2020;
- According to the National Assembly’s Resolution on the National Agenda of economic-financial difficulties, No. 03/NA, dated 10 August 2021;
- According to the Prime Minister's Decree on the Ministry of Finance’s Organization and Operation, No. 600/PM, dated 14 October 2021;
- According to the notification of the Prime Minister's Office, No. 1232/PMO’s, dated 26 June 2024.
The Minister of Finance issued a Decision:
Aiticle 1 According to the Ministry of Finance’s Decision, No. 6096/MOF, dated 09 December 2021, in terminating the service fee of cargo containers through the railway.
Article 2 The Customs Department shall coordinate the relevant parties and lead the tax authorities at each level to implement this decision strictly.
Article 3 This decision is effective from 01 August 2024 onwards.
