- Pursuant to Standard Law No. 49/NA, Dated 18 July 2014.

- Pursuant to the Decree on the Organization and Operation of the Ministry of Science and Technology, No. 309/PM, dated 28 September 2011.
- Pursuant to the Decision on the Operation of the Department of Standards and Metrology, No. 2642/DOSM, dated 22 November 2019.
The Department of Standards and Metrology, Ministry of Science and Technology, would like to inform the head of the division: In facilitating trade in terms of standardization and measurement that is related to the issuance of licenses and quality certificates of import-export products by following an obligation with WTO and AEC. Therefore, we would like to inform you to implement an authorizing of product quality certificates in accordance with the requirements of each country for import-export.
Therefore, we would like to inform you and seek your cooperate in the strict implementation.
