The endorsement of regulations and development plans, amendment to regulations concerning permits, import-export certificate, and the movement of goods (as detailed in Annex 01) of the order 12/PM, dated 16 October 2019 on the facilitation of the import-export, temporary import, transit and movement of goods in Lao PDR
- According to the decree regarding the organization and movement of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, No. 230/PM, dated 24 July 2017.
- According to the resolution on establishing the Committee for Trade Facilitation, Document No. 48/PM, dated 26 July 2018.
- According to the order concerning trade facilitation for import-export procedures, temporary imports, transit, and the movement of goods within the Lao People's Democratic Republic, Document No. 12/PM, dated 16 October 2019.
- According to response letters from the relevant agencies regarding the documents specified in Annex 01 of the order No. 12/PM.

1. Endorsement
Endorses the documents specified in Annex 01 of the order concerning the facilitation of import-export procedures, temporary imports, transit, and the movement of goods within Laos, Document No. 12/PM, dated 16 October 2019.
2. Implementation
All sectors shall report the progress of the creation and amendment of the regulations specified in Annex 01 to the Department of Import and Export, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, on behalf of the Secretariat of the Trade Facilitation Committee periodically as to summarize the report to the Central Trade Facilitation Committee for consideration and guidance. All sectors in Annex 01 and relevant agencies shall recognize and jointly implement this Agreement strictly and achieve good results.
3. Enforcement
This decision will take effect from the date of signing.

Creation and revision of all legislation is expected to be completed in 2022.
