According to the announcement no 1412/MOIC.DERM on 12 July 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce stated that a voluntary or non-compulsory enterprise sealing will or will not require a sealing enterprise after their registration process has been done, excepted if a relevant department request a seal.
According to the announcement of the Prime Minister's Office No. 1659 / PM, on 23 September 2019 regarding an enterprise’s sealing which was public by the Ministry of Public Security’s sealing. Therefore, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce issued a notification No. 2140/ MOIC.DERM, on 3 October 2019 which is replaced to the announcement no 1412/ MOIC.DERM. The notice can be informed to local and foreign investors as details below:
1. Enterprises may submit an enterprise registration application for the security sector seal as provided in Article 21 of the Enterprise Law;
2. The enterprise shall obtain the seal and its sealing permit within 5 business days from the date the enterprise submits the enterprise registration application.
