DECISION
On the promulgation of the Regulation of Origin, and the APTA form
According to the Second Amendment to the Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement
- Pursuant to the Decree on the Organization and Operation of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, No. 230/PM, dated 24 July 2017;
- Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decree on the Origin of Import and Export, No. 228/PM, dated 22 April 2010;
- Pursuant to the Second Amendment to the Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, dated 07 July 2017;
- According to the request of the Department of Import and Export.
The Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce issues the following decisions:
Article 1. Promulgated the Rule of Origin (ROO), and the APTA form in accordance with the Second Amendment to the Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement.
Article 2. Assign the Department of Import and Export to be responsible for guidance, and publish detailed implementation procedures on such regulations so that this agreement is implemented effectively.
Article 3. This decision is effective back from July 1, 2018 onwards.
